Home inspection
I'll be there at your home inspection to see what the findings are, go over reports, and help you with negotiation of the items discovered.
Lender
I'll stay on top of the Buyer's lender to make sure that the sale closes in a timely manner.
Pest Control Inspection
I'll be there at the pest control inspection to see what the findings are, go over reports, and help you determine what corrections need to be made.
Title Insurance
I'll review the title insurance policy, and preliminary title report to make sure that there are no errors and avoid possible delays to close of escrow.
Escrow Process
I'll personally review all escrow paperwork, check for errors, and assist you through the process of completing your escrow paperwork.
Disclosures
I'll assist you with reviewing and completing all of the state and federal mandated disclosure forms.

My Expert Team
My team is here to help. My escrow officer will handle the escrow, title, and closing. My transaction coordinator will assist you with completing the large volume of local, state, and federally mandated disclosure forms in your sale or purchase. My office administrator will double check all of the paperwork to make sure everything has been completed properly, and act as a second pair of eyes for your real estate transaction. Of course, I’ll oversee everything!
